Cuddle Up, Snuggle Down

Kerry-Jane's Lullaby

The sea is breathing in and out

The fish are swimming deep

The wind is sighing through the trees

The rocks are fast asleep

mh cuddle up

mh snuggle down

The feathery nests caress the birds

and leafy dens for mice

The tiny buds are sleeping now

among the grasses swish

mh cuddle up

mh snuggle down

The frogs in ponds they sing goodnight

As stars sink through the fronds

The wise wolf curls himself uptight

In moss and mother’s arms

mh cuddle up

mh snuggle down

The moon is floating up on high

As clouds glide through the sky

Night owls call out towitt towoo

Dreams drift on soft wind’s sigh

mh cuddle up

mh snuggle down

Tomorrow is a brand new day

Now sweet dreams go to sleep

Lay down your head down upon your bed

And drift to dream time sweet

mh cuddle up

mh snuggle down
